Planning your first home comes with plenty of questions. Here’s a place to start.
Is this suitable for my BTO service yard?
Every service yard is a little different. Our surveyor measures the opening and checks the layout around it at your flat, so your window is made to fit before fabrication begins.
When should I arrange my yard windows?
Start planning once you have your keys and renovation schedule. Final measurements should be coordinated with any surrounding tiling, cabinetry and laundry systems. Installation timing is confirmed after the site assessment.
Can I choose my frame colour and glass?
Your frame colour and glass tint are set by HDB for each BTO project, so your window matches the rest of your block. We’ll ask which colour your other windows are, and our surveyor confirms it at your flat.
What is included in the quotation?
Your quotation covers the window in your project’s standard colour and glass, the HDB permit application, the site survey and installation. If you’d like the bifold door between your kitchen and yard taken out, along with its side windows, the removal is listed as its own line.
How do I care for my new windows?
Wipe the glass and frames with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Keep the sliding tracks clear of dirt and debris, and avoid abrasive cleaners. Ask for the care instructions for your selected window system.
